JB, imo there's an important distinction to be made here as it is a civil case. Hope has not been summoned to answer for the attempt to 'deprive the Company of assets for his own benefit and/or for the benefit of Outrider Master Fund, L.P., failing to act in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders, and failing to exercise independent judgement. The Action includes Outrider Master Fund, L.P. for conspiring with Mr Hope in relation to the above matters' but solely in the matter of failure in his fiduciary duties in relation to the above accusations, so there appears to be no challenge to the legality of any attempt at seizing assets (of which we know nothing as Outrider don't RNS obviously).
As we know it is a civil case, lower burden of proof, however the writ appears to stop just short of accusing the named of fraud in which case when are the SEC going to get involved.
The point being, and it may be an obvious one, success in the civil case may trigger further criminal ramifications for the named parties.
Having said ALL that, I still think it is a play for time
