Thought even, off now have a good weekend, 20% drop on NG yesterday, bloomin eck.

Just been watching for an hour, watch appl retest its 200ma, going to be a Friday sell off if it crashes back through again, @192.46

Odds on it's the broker for one of the II trying to put a bit of stability in to the market while they dump their shares to the less/more savvy DMA participants who are placing orders above it.

Been watching it for a little while now, it's a trailing order, seen these many times, highly unlikely to get hit, wise to discount it's skewing effect on L2 completely.

And there we go it just disappeared, market manipulation at its finest. One is not supposed to enter SETS orders one has no intention of being hit, happens all the time though.

Keep an eye on the auction, wouldn't be surprised if it popped off just before, we'll see.

Oddly naïve move to put a 1.3m order on the bid, often done to artificially prop up the price to allow your own sells but I believe a similar order got hit yesterday which is unusual as they usually disappear are the bid approaches.

Equally if it is a short closing, again, iceberg makes more sense. A shoulder shrugger.

Call it a technical coincidence maybe.

Auson, perhaps not so much by the shorters, they hardly represent the establishment and vested interest. The real cons are all the analysts on Doomberg and in the FT and the large brokers who keep pumping out buy recs on overpriced stocks when half the spotty oiks writing them weren't even in post during the last bear market.

Market makers (well the algos) read charts as do traders (some anyway) and, for whatever reason, the bounce off support yesterday wasn't that convincing, dropped quite hard for 3 days on to the daily ma 20 therefore the r/r trade is to sell. The pattern is quite different from the previous two bounces. It can become a self fulfilling prophecy due to the above, doesn't happen in a vacuum. Held on at the ma 200 though may provide some catalyst for an out of trend bounce

Poor volume also helps the bull case.
