That is why the S4 share price is ridiculous at this level

We may not be happen for the extra shares.. but for us its been a good deal... these companies were valued at shares prices of 4 pounds plus... so for us it makes the purchases look great for S4 .. not for the companies that sold to us.

I view is we are going to be taken private this year... there has been a large buyer over the last week and I bet its Third Avenue reducing their average to make sure they are on board... 2 years of market then re-list in the states..

I think we will see the 30's this week or next.. S4 is so undervalued.. its a great company with some growing pains.. my exit is north of 2 pounds.. it may take 5 years but I will wait and take multi millions from this trade.

No.. 100K.. a few 75K and rest in 50K clips... 5.5 million now.. so lets see how the dice roll tomorrow to see if I add anymore..
