I think Martin has been very clever in the deals he's done.. 50% cash 50 % shares... everyone is on the same page re value.. take firewood.. 75 million in cash and 75 million in shares at 4.20... so at todays price we paid 82 million... for the biggest digital marketing agency in silicon valley...If S4 keeps buying back shares at 10 % on the 420 price.. then S4 have been very clever.. It now depends on if Mr Market... lets them carry on.. I think not.. a lot of press and speculation over the weekend and this will now be on everyones radar now given the coverage in the Press..

I don't think an the offer will be under £3.30 which all directors and II's invested million of their own money at the time... maybe a partnership with a large investment for a % or the company.. but not a sale at less then 3.30.. Any green shoots and positive spin on the 29th and this will be above a pound and moving onto 2 very quickly
