In 2026, expect thousands of jobs to be replaced or reduced. Expect many famous and storied agency names to disappear and be merged. You can’t expect this level of staff churn to leave client churn untouched. So, 2026 will be the year of the Holdco pitch. Many smaller agencies are going to get their chance. If they can be integrated, international and efficient, this is the biggest opportunity for marketing in a generation.
