The market cap has no relevance to the value of the company... this is evidence of 1 x Ebitda valuation at present...

It does a billion USD in revenue..... cutting edge tech.... 100 million in Ebitda.. dividend being paid and free cash flow... I billion is about right for a valuation.

Thats just about the number I would accept.. and I imagine most shareholders... so looks about right..

No.. seriously... we know the share price has detached from reality... value is well over a pound... 1.40 I would say and we would have an offer to stay invested.... which I will do until we see 5 pounds again.
