I agree with that to an extent Bobb... certainly for RRE. But for the wider market it is the increasingly dawning reality that it is not 'just the flu bro' and that the western governments have been complacent or complicit.

China have a different demographic and are very very very good at dealing with this (quoting the WHO)... even though they had to scramble with it from new. The west is proving to be utterly useless... especially the UK unfortunately imo.
