If you think that a £3 Divi is unlikely then you need to think about the likelihood of there being 750mn of spare cash lying around. Maybe the profit from 500mn tests. Doesn't seem that unlikely to me. They'd certainly want to keep a big chunk to fund future work. Not sure why they'd do it, but what else to do with the cash?
