I think you will find it a rather quick one when the news with regards to finance hits the screens.

It's best not to engage the trolls in discussion. You could be right in thinking that they are kids as they seem immature and are flippant with regards to libel laws.
Having said that it looks as though KOD has been shorted and often when this is the case you get these types turning up to frighten weak holders into selling.
I am confident that Bernard will do his best for his shareholders. There has been a lot of misinformation touted on this board. The trolls would have you believe that the recent engagement of Cannacord was for a placing. We know this is not the case. My take on it as that they needed a more experienced broker to deal with the different offers put on the table. I think 2023 will be transformational for KOD and I'm happy to hold as I do believe in KOD. If you don't believe in KOD or your investment time frame is 2 days or 2 weeks you are probably better investing elsewhere.

I did point out earlier that it would have been highly unprofessional to place shares after the last announcement. Shorters have planted seeds in weak holders minds that this would be the case. Absolutely shameful... Having said that it has allowed me to pick up another 8m on the cheap.

I disagree. That would be very bad advice from a new broker to recommend issuing an RNS, in knowing the price would fall and then to raise money via a placing at a much reduced rate. That would be highly unprofessional.
If they were going to do a placing they would have issued the news with the last RNS.

I have held for some time so a delay of a few months is hardly going to worry me. The current mkt cap is circa £36m yet Bougouni alone has a net post tax value of over $400m, no doubt this figure could increase with further drilling. The patient will benefit.

I am surprised with the muted response with regards to the share price after such a reassuring update. I picked up a small amount today.

I like Bernard. He is straight talking and he is aware of what he is sitting on. I'm sure he will get the best deal for all stakeholders. He is building his team so we can't be far off now. I think 2023 will be a pretty amazing year for KOD.

I am certain good news will come as we have great assets and I doubt that we are too far away as I'm sure a potential partners will want to get this up and running just as quickly as KOD to monetise out of the current lithium price. Patience can be extremely rewarding and like others on here am happy to wait for that RNS with regards to a jv and funding as we should fly.

They are selling to keep the price down. Either for a takeover or for a placing of new shares to the potential partner.

I would say that there is a high possibility now that KOD will receive a takeover approach soon judging by the constant drip of larger sales to keep the price down. It has been kept under 0.32 for some time which seems rather strange considering there has been much progress made and an increasing lithium price.

With Lithium Prices and demand increasing I believe, as Bernie commented that we are tantalisingly close. It can't be that long now as they will want to commence as soon as possible.

You are right 2ticks. I see Kod as an acorn and hopefully one day like your investments they will grow in to large oak trees. That's why I would like to see Kod develop Bougouni or at the very least retain a good stake in it.

I suppose it all comes down to investing or trading. I invest in some, trade in some and sometimes a combination of the both. Kod looks like an excellent mid to long term hold all the time lithium is in great demand which it will be for some time. I hold some AML and traded some which I purchased for 90 and sold for 112 in a few days. If I had left it a few more days and sold now I could have bought an Aston Martin with the extra profit. I think though it's going to be quite an interesting and rewarding ride in KOD over the coming years. Good luck with getting in lower but if anything it's going to be minimal from where we are at the moment imho. I wouldn't want to be out of this tonight as the news could come any day now. Funny thing is I said something similar about a takeover on TED and the next day a takeover happened. GLA
