Give the guy a chance. I have confidence he will get us a good deal but patience will be rewarded here I'm sure. I am not worried as Kod are sitting on some valuable assets and the value will prevail. Maybe not tomorrow, next week or next month but at some point I reckon this will reward the long term holders.

Ray supporting the Sycamore bid is hardly good news. It looks as though he wants out. Looking at the current price I doubt we will be getting more than 175 although I hope I'm wrong.

Predicting the takeout price is tricky and it really depends on how desperately the buyer wants it. One has to think that the minimum is 170. It would be great to get over the 200 mark.

Why do people take any notice of thier recommendations? They put a 400 target on Darktrace last week and they are up to 470 today after their update. It seems they want to push the price down in order to pick up cheap shares. Look at their targets in RR over the last 2 years. They have been all over the place. Bent or what...

I did mention M&S as potential suitors some time ago but got shot down. With regards to 170 I can see the bod probably recommending it, however it's not to say the offer wouldn't be trumped as we know that there are at least two interested parties. M&S could also offer shares to instead of a cash offer or a combination of the two.

No doubt Berenberg will reiterate their 1000 target in the next few weeks but unfortunately I doubt they will go within 20p of it. This sell off looks overdone to me. It wasn't that long ago that jpm had a 60p target on RR and now they have more or less doubled it. Once they have enough shares they will probably do the same here. It stinks...

Mr Bond - I agree, they have been oversold. I think the money is better parked there for the time being than here. I hope Gem can find some biggies but I must say I am loosing faith and I have about 25% of what I had before Christmas. They will probably go up to 100 now after years of waiting...

It's an easy share to loose faith in, even Dell boy would realise holding this wouldn't make him a millionaire this time next year. If they do find more large stones the likelihood of the proceeds ending up with us is slim. I've sold some more to buy RR and ITV.

I have been saying for some time that I expected Tosca to bid. There is possibly another player too. I would say the minimum now to be around 170 and if we have a bidding war we could possibly get over 200. What surprises me though is that the share price today is rather lacklustre considering the latest RNS. I have picked some more up at 137.

It makes the current mkt cap of £45m look cheap. I am looking forward to the next update... Perhaps then we will have a more sensible valuation.
