In the opening 40 minutes there was approx 2.5 million sells - MMs didnt help by not reporting the 1million but until after the initial sells had ended , but even then further sells popped up during the day. Lesson learnt for me... no matter how attached I become to a share when it rises higher than my set target sell/top slice /bank some profit. No way will I be selling at these silly prices. Onto the SFS it is for me! Was thinking if it got back to 1.8p I would sell this time but little chance in that now! Hope everyone is well.

in here for abit and concentrate my efforts on some of my other share that need PI TLC! Looks like I need to come back here! Not that I have much to add unfortunately. Was dissolved today on the irish list of campanies (akin to companies house uk) take it they will roll all they had into craven - this is going to get bigger than any of us LTH imagined. Who's going to the egm? same old story with me i cant go as not given 6 weeks notice to management to cancel clinics etc… not even going to ask the fookers after what happened for the egm in ireland. Those who think we civil servants have it easy I assure you we dont! im drained at the end of every day and sometimes think did i really study my a55 of for 13 years (from uni on) only to have to work like a horse. on the verge of packing it in f/t and going p/t but need afew investments (craven!) to come good first! Didnt top slice after all and wont be either as i think this is going to be bigger than i previously had thought (with the limited info we had then). As for the pizza kid- 2 fingers to him- despite his 6 series postings not too long ago where he has been proved wrong he just doesnt know when to admit he either doesnt have a clue or got it wrong- it doesnt look like he will admit he got it wrong so that only leaves the other conclusion! wont be reading his article either and get him even a penny in advertising. Atb folk- bed calls!

Im confused already lol!

Will need to start the research re what this change onto the SFS entails and what the benefits are. Any change away from AIM was always going to be welcome but in all honesty I had no idea what the SFS was until now (or for that case it even existed!) WIll be great if folks that have looked into the SFS could share views?

Odd that in "PART III - LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS" it states Mark is the "chairman" Has there been a change of plan with this new investment? I think thats an error of previous role being carried forward.....

Thanks for letting us know Ian. Have you read previous RNS's? This funding may not be a given but the "chairman" and connected parties recently took part on the first placement. This $150 million seems to be over and above the "upto" £30 million placing announced earlier in the year for which an EGM was held to approve. Il be here for some time but as I said earlier I may slice to get my initial investment back - however august is around the corner!

Not had anything through at all Karina. But then I didnt get anything last time either... Soooo pleased for all the LTH here - I just wish I had got more in here - In hinsight I was always soooo damn confident this would always come out good in the end but there was a devil in the back of my head telling me BUT WHAT IF.... To all the new investors- so since the last month the company has raisd £6.77million at 1.25p and for which the management and connected indiciduals took up a considerable amount in the first placing of £3.47million) The few holders here beforehand have sen this company making news in the horizon for some time but for one strange reason or another the company refuses to carry out and PR whatsoever - god knows what it would be at if there was even the most humble of PR activities here by CRV. No-one invests to break even - otherwise why take the risk- 1.25 should be the absolute floor here. There is also an arrangement with GEM (global emerging markets) to release upto £30million at 1.25p - when that lands then maybe others may notice whats going on here.

So mp knew about this before the end of may- probably well before that as thats when the nigerian subsidiary was set up. So they should be further along than some might have presumed with the rns only coming out recently!

Should clarify when i stated schengen i was referring to refugees and economic migrants and not eu citizens. But as my next post pointed out IMO eu workers are needed.

Dont get me wrong- i certainly dont think the eu is the bees knees… But taking the plunge to leave is a huge step into the unknown and imo will be an economic loss to the UK. When i was living in scotland the holiday home neighbours were farmers and they couldnt get locals to pick the strawberries - the staff were 99% eu citizens who took the jobs us brits dont want. No EU and do folk think people will do the hard work low pay jobs that this country is good at having? Another issue all together but if someone "forced" those who can work to take these jobs then there might not be need for eu workers but i dont see that any time soon.

I just cant see how a small island that mainly has a services industry will survive let alone thrive being outwith the eu… Think the eu will give us a trade deal without accepting the bs that norway and switzerland have had to accept? Boris does - lol! it wont help from the immigration point of view and thats the main advantage being thrown around. We aren't part of Schengen and still have this "problem" leaving wont solve it. Also on a side note gove and boris both voted against tax secrecy laws recently - that to me says who they are more interested in looking after. not us normal folk but the MEGA millionaires.
