Scargs i couldnt agree with you more. Despite my discontent with the commincation the sp is doing all the talking for mark. Yes it would be great if he told us pi's what the plan is or bits of it as part of a pr drive but as he and his connected parties hold so much in here im happy for him to guide us forward as he is producing results. It could be like the majority of aim where pr is in overdrive but the sp sits at all time lows with placing after placing (at a huge discount!) so Mark i doubt you will read this but some reflection leads me to say il be backing off with some of the irate and sarcy remarks regarding your management style - just some though!

Despite mr pajaks games he is still the man to lead us here guys. I imagine getting a placing at a discount wouldnt have been too difficult for him (with all the shares he and connected folk hold) So despite the stick he gets from me (and others!) mr pajak is still the man to lead us forward here- atleast until GEM invest and get thier man to ensure their $30million (or was it £30million?) is being well looked after!

So we now have confirmation that both kalimtgis and desmond (pajak!) were involved in the placing at 1.25p but who are new intelligent systems? Anyone got anything on them? GEM money still to arrive! it gets stranger here now that the BOD and connected individuals hold even more of the company you would expect some improved PR but since the placing rns we had zilch news. Also with the tear sheet having been updated retrospectively (to just before the placing) something tells me pajak was trying to hide that he was involved in the placinga question is why? i have a suspicion but wouldnt want to say on an open board as it might cause afew issues for crv- so i wont! I think afew emails to Spark and I believe steve also contacted LSExchange seems to have forced his hand! Any one willing to guess why was MP trying to hide he and other individuals connected to the BOD were involved in this premium placing?? its bizarre what he is playing at but as he is happy to invest at 1.25p im more than happy with my holding that I bought at way under that price! Didnt he once say us PIs will get rich when he does! i await that day whenever it maybe mr pajak.

Steve well pointed out - if i have time I will email SPARK - Matt is probably sick of me but it is his and SPARKs job to ensure CRV play by the rules. IF this is a mistake it requires correction..... Unless Susan Payne has bought more shares taking her over the 3% threshold but this wasnt RNS'd to the market so think it is unlikely. Crafty F*cker MP is turning out to be - just when you think he has played all the tricks he comes out with another one!

Scargs as you have most likely gathered by now crv is 1 share where you cant predict whats around the corner… however my view is there will be an announcement on who took the last placing (at a huge premium- dont get that often on the markets do you!), further placing(s) at 1.25p and then finally news of an asset being purchased. Then imo the true rerate of the sp will commence. Im happy to hold for as long as needed mr pajak- take your time - as you have got us LTH well and truly accustomed to these waits!

Mms were trying to make this agreed trade look like a sell hence the false bid/ask. Richard I just seen your message after my post - looks like I am in the same boat. Its worthwhile to create another account elsewhere even if its just to do some dummy buys (obviously need funds in them tho) Thats how I realised beaufort were at it with me as for same amount at same time IWEB and Jarvis would offer more favourable terms (price) than beaufort and when I called to query why they would occasionally match the "other" price and when I queried once the chap almost let it out that they have a favoured MM but when I asked him to clarify he backtracked and said only when the sp is the same across all MMS they will go to this preferred MM...... all smoke and mirrors for us PIs everywhere it seems even in trading!

to sell 500k shares? I will not be selling for sure but thought I would do a dummy and trade and my broker (whom I have changed from but CRV shares are still with them as didnt want to transfer from wife to myself) is offering me 0/9 only lol This was the reason I initially moved over from beaufort as I had 2 accounts and whenever I was looking to buy Beaufort would offer a worse price than IWEB and Jarvis and then when I would come to sell they would offer less than other trades going through at same time - I stopped my level 2 awhile ago and that would be a way to check but now im thinking of transferring shares over to jarvis from beaufort as when the time comes to sell beaufort will surely try it on again IMO.

Hectic day at work -didnt even get on at lunch- needless to say I wasnt surprised there was no rns re our new major holder- mr pajak and spark you are treading a very fine line here. In any other circumstance I would have fired off a snotty email to spark but on this case il let the excitement build… not that me sending an email would probably have made much of a difference! Gla

Im always happy to share my biews and thoughts butit doesnt mean they are right! although in this case Im damn certain i will be right… may just need a little more patience. I also wouldnt be surprised if come monday we dont see a holdings rns- all part of the games here as Mr Pajak could easily have advised who took the placing in the original rns but didnt! Either there is more news around the corner (which the rns infers) or Mr Pajak is trying another technique to get us PIs to sell so his mates (as we have seen with evan kalimtgis) can build a nice stake before this goes boom. Just my humble opinion.

Looked this morning for any other aim share that has SI as broker and spark as nomad. Found MTR (which im not in and wouldnt recommend others do at this stage as you will have likely missed the boat). Looking at MTRs sp it has almost 6 bagged in last year (with afew months ago sitting at a 9 bag). Yes im aware its a complete different sector but what I liked best was that its rise also started with a placing at a premium. interesting times await us LTH for sure- may just need a little patience.

Cant believe we are at this level... when it does rise it will be a bolt from the blue. But on a serious note I think this is sooo far of the regular PIs radar that it has been missed - will take time for news to filter through. Was genuinely thinking this would rise nicely today but obviously not! Will it take someone to say I will give you £125 for every £80 you give me to get some pIS in here- actually thats what the placing company are saying to us PIs but yet no response thus far....... Strange indeed..

Hard day at work got better of me earlier! I knew the amount GEM will invest had a 3 in it and presumed it was 3 million but its a massive 30million (deja vu thinking - OMG crv's mcap is currently at a fraction of that!) But as Karina says it could be an initial investment although Im now of the opinion its not GEM- but who knows! This will bring nice rise to my pf tomorrow. Il stick my neck out and say min 25% rise but I see 40% easy- that will still be a cheaper entry than the placing of 1.25p- now theres a happy thought for us PIs. Im bamboozled with the markets response today… although tomorrow will make up for it imo

Some shrewd investors here! i did the sane with my loan (less than 10yrs ago). Bought a house with its help but thankfully now no more student loan left to pay off as of last years

Jarnold my friends here think its not GEM and they have been in here way longer than me. I honestly need my notes before I can say it is GEM. afew rns's ago it told the market how many shares could be drawn by GEM- that way have the answer.

IF it is GEM they have had since feb this year to draw down but havent as were likely waiting on a mr pajak to show them the killer deal - this has likly occurred and i genuinely wont be too surprised to see another rns this week. although history tells me crv dont do regular updates!
