Simmy a verry merry xmas and a happy new year to yourself and all the regular LTHs also. Lets hope 2017 marks abit of a change all round in CRVs fortune! Dissapointed this has come down to this level after the promising stages we were in earlier this year but theres only 1 direction this can go from here and it starts with a U and ends with a P! Rusty its nice to know someone at CRV communicates with its LTH's. Awhile ago i sent an email and got diddly squat back. I dont doubt for a second you came away positive but we need some official communication from the chairman/BODs to uplift sentiment and trust. After all thats what accounts for the sp of many aim listed companies. Hope all is well.

Your spot on rusty- just realised that after the change to dollars and consolidation the Nominal market size is 200- exactly whats being sold. Alot of thoughts in my head right now and getting some doubts about CRVs integrity and I keep saying surely not- but this is AIM and anything goes here- no wonder they call it the wild west. No point selling now- becoming a share to forget about until another couple of months for me once again.

Excuse my language but these MMs know how to take the plss. 15% drop for the day? Makes me laugh at the antics of the MMs on the shares where they set the price rather than the price being set by supply and demand. On a separate point if you ask me those sells aren't from PIs. Nice round numbers on every trade- this is purely speculative but it seems whoever it is wants to let it have maximum effect on the sp- intentional? Id say so but what do I know!

Some philosophical points that had no need to be included were included in that RNS. The first part is fine - its the 'investment manager's statement' - written none other than mr pajak is the part I refer to -( even though its signed off as Desmond Holdings). His hallmarks all over some of the waffle in the second half of the rns but if it keeps him hapoy then let it be. 'However, we have reflected and we are right where we want to be.' Anyone want to help me understand what drug he is on when he wrote the above statement?! Getting frustrated with the slow progress but still holding every last share as this will reward those with some patience nicely.

The calm before the storm?! Will be interesting to hear what deals the new chairman is working on- all in your own time- we are used to waiting! One day this will rocket- mark my words. The million dollar question is when.

That for quite afe of the shares im in currently that il be in alot longer than I thought... Thankfully I dont need the funds right now and im sitting on a healthy profit with CRV but I was hoping it would be a fair amount higher by now - however as the old adage goes patience will certainly be rewarded here. Progress maybe slow and with the new chairman im hopeful it will occur at a speedier pace than it would have previously. Seems some of the original holders may have sold out- Each to their own but when this ets going and CRV actually do some honest PR then this will be wayyyy higher than it is now IMO. Need news of the large placing (at a premium as has been stated) to come through soon along with information on what the proceeds will be used then then the train will surely leave the station.

Rusty lets hope mr burrows has a different modus operandi from mr pajak (what a relief that would be if we get news more regularly)

Thanks for pointing out a potential flaw in my post Karina-i have no idea if Mr Burrows is leaving BAT… i (most like incorrectly) presumed he was but as the corporate world goes its not like a job where you have 1 max 2 positions at a time- iv seen some cv's with 5/6 active positions on some bod's. Apologies if it came across as I have knowledge of something- i stopped researching in here afew months ago- my plan was to re-assess my position pre xmas but looks like the news flow is still tightly controlled. Sitting at a very healthy profit but see it getting even larger over the next year, This is 1 share the likes of us pi's have no control over- hence i now concentrate my efforts on those shares where sentiment plays a big part. Needless to say il be here for sometime by the looks of it as no way im selling out at this level esp when others are buying in (placements) at much higher prices. Now that a true corporate professional has been brought in im certain we will see more activity as I doubt mr burrows wants his good name tarnished… exciting times ahead.

Charlie and TC - where it gets even more interesting is that Emma Burrows had a 7% stake in CRV even before Richard Burrows was appointed - I dont have time right now to see when she made it to the major shareholders list but I suspect Mr Burrows was serving out his notice to BAT.......... and by "coincidence" Emma burrows was buying/took part in a placing! If memory serves me right she made it onto the list after one of the placings.

this will rise - firstly to placing price and then above as those who invested at the placing price didnt invest to break even!

Still holding myself Karina- iv been giving some much needed TLC to those shares that are soo damn sentiment driven (plus currently on holiday and smashed my screen last week- just got it repaired earlier today) so not been here much. But this is 1 share iv put away whilst i watch the sp and let this share achieve its potential - still over 25% below the placing price for those wanting in. Atb folks

Another rns i cant grasp- still more than confident with my holdings here but mark pakjak you have to start the news flow soon (hopefully this is the first of many rns's). Why would a company buy shares to only then ask for a loan? (of a similar amount?) Theres more going on here for sure

Steve after an extended time away from CRV bb - i was hoping i would start on the next positive RNS (as currently im concentrating on my more volatile shares that I hold are so prone to changes in sp due to sentiment) There must be a reason MP felt he had to release this "clarification" RNS - it would be interesting to see why this had to be RNS'd - something has forced his hand and I cant tell/ dont know what. What im looking forward to is an RNS advising more investment has come CRVs way. Hope all is well with everyone.

During the recent drop was so close to buying 1million at 0.9p but bottled it as thought the 150million placing might have hit a roadblock too (but next days rns said it was still going ahead). Profits here looking very good again but still cant believe the conpanies advisors for going onto SFS got it so wrong- having said that it doesnt change the fundamentals 1 bit. Atb folks-im having to dedicate the little time I have to shares that need sone tlc as derampers are out in force.

Oops- should read moving from Seaq to Setsqx…

RNS Now moving to SEAQ to SETSQX seems to be acknowledging that MMs when left to there own devices arent to be trusted with setting a fair price… Something I have long pointed out. Atleast the sp will now react to supply v demand even though there is still some element of MMs being in control of the sp.

Did the NOMAD and SI Capital let this occur - I honestly had my concerns as some LTH may have realised about how moving to the SS would work out considering it is for funds and not companies and even at that for professional and specialised investors (which I clearly am not) This is sheer incompetence on the behalf of who advised CRV this could occur. Disappointed but the MMs have usd this to drop the SP now that it is 25% reduction to the previous and future planned placings…… Lesson learnt – next time cash my chips in when I can. At least top slice - although im still in my profit it doesn’t look anywhere near as good as it did at 1 stage.

Not long until delist date from aim. Iv still had no notice of prospectus- has anybody else?

Had a feeling he/she/it wouldnt show up on the day! Am i right?! Will be interesting to see what the trustable sources have to say re the meeting.
