We expected this especially as TW posted his drivel the other day. Having said that why on earth would someone invest only £340 in any share? (he states he made a profit so say he bought £250-300 worth) He was lucky as we all know what awaits CRV but i bet you he is sitting on losses if thats his strategy- add on fees to buy and sell, factor in spread and then your asking why even bother! Next numpty that thinks he needs to tell us after we have spent months researching- please think again! Night night!

That TWs bs series has had no effect- if anything it will have brought this to the attention of many who are possibly awaiting to see what materialises here first before investing or trying to short (if any1 is brave enough). But for that imo they will miss the boat as MP releases news when we least expect it to arrive. Thanks Mr Pizza for the publicity- something craven have openly stated they wont do until the mcap rises significantly! Free PR- and thats 5 consecutive days of it aswell! Atb folks

Gotta feel for TW - seems his pizza shack isnt doing so great that he is spending more time talking trash. I read the first part of his 5 series write up (Yep 5!) and what a joker - he says he was "annoyed" by MP using highlights rather than highlight in the RNS and thats what made him look into CRV- is he serious or is he truly losing the plot now? Just shows how much of a failure the guy is if thats what gets him to research a company. WOuld yo take advice from someone who cant get his dollar and £ signs correct (im sure its intentional though- for clarity GEm will be purchasing upto £30million not $30million dollars) GEM (NY) is a mulit billion dollar investment fund ($3.4billion to be exact) and they are wanting in on the Craven story but Mr Pizza thinks he knows better - His investment fund history doesnt go very well! (i wont go there though!) Now the question is who would you trust to know more - TW or GEM? There are whispers/rumours that it isnt only GEM that are interested here - as those that attended the AGM (in 1 way or another - thanks Rusty and Scargs) will be aware. The EGM has approved the share purchase by GEM- we now just await for it to occur- For those still not convinced lets say Desmond are happy with their current holding here - with an average of 1.25p in lieu of fees owed and decide not to invest a penny further - Is this likely as MP sits on both Desmonds and Cravens board?!. So a £30million share purchase being offered to a company who has an mcap of £5.4million! As they say round where I was brought up - On your bike you TW. Mr Pajak if you read this he is tarnishing your name. Either you can let the snake poison your name and your company and have your name marked for all the rest of your days or you can show the rest what b0llocks comes out his mouth and be known as the one that kicked the dough out the pizza man. Its in your hands where this goes now.

Thanks for the reply TC- apologies for late reply. At a meeting in liverpool today. Needless to say if others want to sell its their prorogative to do so. I agree its best not to name if there is no hard evidence and the only way we would get that is if the person advised themselves they had! I thought thats what you were referring to.

But why is it the sp drops when iv no spare funds to get in here?! What an oppurtunity to buy in- the drop is due the to 2 x 1million sells- we know the mm's were short of shares so they are now fishing for more with the drop- just like they have in the past! As soon as a buy or 2 comes in they send the sp straight back up- willing to name the seller TC? Hope everyone is well.

Atleast they let the secret that only us few holders knew anything about out the bag. But still no mention when the subscription of the £30million will start. Looks like they are in no rush.

thekenner dont worry what he says as he has more invested in here than any of us! At the end point the sp will be as high as he can possibly get it as its in his, Evans and Desmonds interest... (remember Desmond and MP have only ever been paid in shares valued at 1.25p) What occurs between now and then is where the uncertainty lays. Anyone with a an understandable amount of patience will be well rewarded. There is little chance GEM will be "lost" - appears there might have been some motive for posting what seems to be the least uncertain thing to happen here. I wonder what!

Tully there has been no promotion whatseover from CRV and to make things worse the RNSs that MP released afew months back would even scare those that were invested off let alone those considering taking a position. With little PI interest we are holding fantastically well - when (not if!) the herd arrive this will rise nicely..... until then we may aswell count sheep jumping in our imagination! Someone sold £80 worth of shares today.... Anyone own up? Intrigues to see why trades with such low value occur - someone going out for a meal today?! Late valentines date?! Cutting it abit tight with only £80!

Tully im certain you speak for the majority (if not all of us already in) that we arent going anywhere! the balls now in MPs court as to when the release of the company making news starts.... GEM and CRV (and any others) will have agreed on investment terms before they put it to shareholders as little point in gaining shareholder approval to only then not agree amongst themselves..Just my opinion

Oh forgot to say Karina keep up the good investigative work here. i reckon between us all we may have been able to also get to the bottom of who the hatton gardens safe co thieves were with all the investigative work thats gone on here over the last 1-2 years! Actually karina - basil is still on the run… sort it out will you please! Then when news does arrive the derampers will be here so be prepared!

Looks like our patience will be tested again- not been long since the EGM and approval of £50million funding but history tells me we will need to possibly wait a couple of months. Looking at the potential il be happy to hold for as long as needed. If GEM are happy to invest multiples of the current mcap in here after due diligence at a higher entry price than the current sp they must like what they see in the potential for crv. "Patience is bitter but its reward is sweet"- could think of a more apt quote here!

Was hoping there would have been more news to go with the passing of the vote to allow subscription of £50 million shares (those looking for the current mcap its only £7million!) but as Scargs points out its 1 step at a time. Having said that we cant be far off the killer RNS as CRV and GEM have had a fair amount of time already to dot the i's and cross the t's. They have already agreed that they will invest £30million and MP is unlikely to move from 1.25p as thats how he and desmond are paid for their work. Certainly interesting times ahead for us holders- another dose of patience is called for in the interim- we have all proven to be good at that! Enjoy the weekend folks-

Little chance the meeting is still on going… or could a GEM representative have shown up and is working to finalise and confirm the investment- unlikely nut you never know!

Couldn't agree with you more Tully but I genuinely thought that it was a no brainer with a bid of "several multiples" of the company's MCAP. Obviously wasnt! AIM is nuts sometimes (actually alot of the time!) Now its all about CRV

Wish i had loaded up more in here - I had some funds and got side tracked by a bid for another oiler to buy MXOs AJE investment (needless to say AIM games have caught me out and sitting at about -15%.) Even though I was so and am so positive here i got taken in with the good RNS they had only for a placing (how many times have we seen that) to be announced soon after........... Im certain some are thinking why dont i load up now... Iv bloody used all the cash i had left to invest... Was trying to diversify my PF into oil as think it maybe on the mend... didnt work out though.

Happy birthday Charlie - I suspect you will be a very happy man over next month or 2 - hopefully it will arrive on Friday but unless its all in the bag already (possibly is) it may take a short while to get all the details out to the market. (Although Im sure you are the patient type - holding here has proved us all to be patient! Having said that it has been some time since the GEM announcement was made so they have had a fair amount of time to get the I's dotted and the t's crossed!
