Phoenix Spree Deutschland Ltd - Jersey-based investor specialising in German residential real estate - As at June 30, property portfolio was valued at EUR777.7 million, up 1.2% from EUR768.3 million at the end of December. On a like-for-like basis, the portfolio rose over the past six months by 2.5%.
The portfolio rise reflects an increase in market rent following the removal of the Mietendeckel.
In the first half of 2021, 12 condominium units were notarised for sale for an aggregate value of EUR4.3 million, reflecting a 45% rise from EUR3.0 million a year prior.
Phoenix Spree will publish its interim results on or about September 24.
