LONDON (Alliance News) - Green REIT PLC on Wednesday said it has secured two further lettings at the Central Park office park in Leopardstown in Dublin, meaning the site is now fully occupied.
Green REIT said it has secured two lettings for 55,300 square feet with Sage Hibernia (Services) Ltd, a unit of FTSE 100-listed Sage Group PLC, and MasterCard Ireland Ltd, the local arm of the credit card company.
The two lettings will produce an annual rent of EUR1.527 million, it said.
Green REIT shares were untraded at EUR1.461 on Wednesday.
