(Alliance News) - Green REIT PLC on Monday said its shareholders approved of HPREF Dublin Office Bidco Ltd's potential takeover at an extraordinary general meeting.
In August, the real estate investment trust said it agreed to a EUR1.34 billion takeover offer by the subsidiary of European real estate investor Henderson Park Group.
Under the acquisition's terms, Henderson Park will acquire Green REIT for EUR1.9135 per share.
All other motions at the meeting were passed, Green said.
The company's shares closed broadly flat at EUR1.91 each in London on Monday.
