EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Palace Capital says chair hunt progressing well

Palace Capital PLC - has portfolio of mainly UK office, industrial and leisure properties - Says chair search process progressing well, with "several strong candidates" in shortlist. Says Stanley Davis had been due to stand down on Friday, but has been asked to remain on board until end of year with chair-elect undertaking their induction prior to his departure.

SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd - Edinburgh-based tidal and hydro energy producer - Says Mark Elborne has resigned as SIMEC nominated director, effective immediately. SIMEC has nominated replacement, and SIMEC Atlantis Energy is currently working to complete the necessary nomination and screening processes.

eEnergy Group PLC - London-based energy efficiency-as-a-service provider - Appoints Simon Smith as managing director of Energy Efficiency Division, effective start of November. His most recent role was at Yu Energy PLC, where he held the position of group sales & marketing director. "In this newly created role, Simon will be responsible for growing the Energy Efficiency-as-a-Service division, an integral part of the business which includes its Light as a Service offering for its enterprise and public sector clients," firm says.

Berkeley Energia Ltd - clean energy company focused on bringing wholly owned Salamanca project in Spain into production - Says Deepankar Panigrahi has resigned as a non-executive director, effective immediately. "The board would like to take this opportunity to thank Panigrahi for his contribution to the company," it says.

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust PLC - debt investment firm - Appoints Jane Routledge as an independent non-executive director. She is a non-executive director of Cumbria Education Trust and was recently a partner in Seven Investment Management. "She has thirty years' experience in marketing and communication roles within the investment management sector, including at Schroders, Invesco and Hermes Fund Managers," firm notes.
