DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Netcall chair sells GBP144,000 in shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Netcall PLC - Bedford, England-based automation and customer engagement software - Non-Executive Chair Henrik Bang sells 160,000 shares at 90 pence, worth GBP144,000, on Friday last week. He retains 6.2 million shares, a 2.8% stake.

North American Income Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based investor in US equities - Director Charles Park buys 163,500 shares at 323.49p, worth GBP528,873, on Friday.

abrdn Property Income Trust Ltd - invests in UK office, industrial and retail properties for income and capital growth - Non-Executive Director Jill May sells 128,592 shares at 61p, worth GBP78,441, on Friday. The investment trust has been in managed wind-down since the end of May, after a proposed merger with Custodian Property Income REIT PLC was rejected by shareholders in March. abrdn Property Income at the end of September said it has agreed to sell 39 assets - all that remain other than one - to GoldenTree Asset Management for GBP351 million. The sale gave the company's shares a pro-forma net asset value of 64.0p, down from their 73.3p valuation as of June 30. After selling the one remaining asset, the cash will be returned to shareholders "as swiftly as practically possible by way of a members' voluntary liquidation".
