LONDON (Alliance News) - BH Global Ltd said Thursday that John Hallam retired as non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Hallam has been a director of the company since 2008, having also served as chairman of the audit committee during that period.
Shares in the investment company were down 0.6% at 1,496.00 pence each.
