BH Global Ltd - investment firm - Says the net asset value per share of the US dollar class grew by 23% to USD20.18 in 2020. The NAV per share of the much larger sterling class appreciated by 22% to GBP19.61. The price of the sterling shares at the year-end was GBP19.25, being a discount to NAV of 1.9%. For the US dollar class the figures were USD20.15 and 0.2%, respectively. The average discount at which the two classes traded during 2020 was 3.7% for GBP class and 1.7% for USD class, comfortably lower than the 10% trigger at which the company would be required to bring forward class closure votes.
