Midwich Group PLC - audio visual technology distributor - Finance Director Stephen Lamb sells 23,600 shares at GBP6.50 each, GBP153,400 in total. The sale is to "satisfy income tax, national insurance and dealing charges". Lamb had exercised nominal cost options for 50,000 shares at 1 pence each, GBP500 in total.
