LONDON (Alliance News) - Walker Crips Group PLC on Wednesday said that its Non-Executive Director Lim Hua Min purchased shares in the investment services company through a member of his family.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Lim Hua Min bought 30,000 shares at a price of 37.00 pence each, worth GBP11,100.
The stock closed 0.1% lower at 38.05p per share on Wednesday.
Following the purchase, Min now holds a 24% stake, representing 10.1 million shares.
