LONDON (Alliance News) - Walker Crips PLC on Thursday said a family member Non-Executive Director Lim Hua Min purchased 295,475 shares in the company at a price of 37.5 pence each.
Following the GBP110,803 transaction, the total holding of Min's connected persons is 10.5 million shares, which represent a 25% stake in the company.
Shares in Walker Crips closed marginally higher Thursday at 37.53p each.
