DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: ULS Non-Executive Slashes Shareholding

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

ULS Technology, which provides online platforms for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, said one of its board members considerably reduced his shareholding.

Non-Executive Director Nigel Hoath sold 10 million shares at a price of 45 pence per share on Friday. The deal was worth GBP4.5 million.

The sale was conducted in order to fund property investment opportunities, the company said. Following the sale Hoath holds 7.6 million shares, or an 11.8% stake.

Hoath "remains a fully supportive member of the board and has confirmed that he will not be seeking to sell any further shares for at least six months," ULS said in a statement.

The company also said two of its board member purchased shares. Chairman Peter Opperman bought 45,000 shares at 45p each. Opperman's holding increased to 2.7 million shares, which represent approximately 4.2% of the issued share capital. Non-Executive Director Geoff Wicks bought 22,000 shares at the same price and now holds 52,000 shares. Both purchases took place on Friday.

The stock closed up 1.7% at 59.00p Monday.

Aberdeen Asset Management said Senior Independent Director Simon Troughton bought 10,000 shares at 224.2p each. The company also said Non-Executive Director Richard Mully bought 10,000 shares at 223.9p each. Both purchases took place on Friday. Troughton and Mully each hold 70,000 shares in the investment manager. The stock closed down 1.2% at 223.60p Monday.

AB Dynamics said Managing Director Tim Rogers bought 3,400 shares at a price of 287p per share. Following this transaction, Rogers owns 271,601 shares, representing 1.6% of the issued share capital. The vehicle testing and measurement products maker closed down 8.3% at 278.00p Monday.

3i Infrastructure said Susan Laing, a person connected to Chairman Richard Laing, bought 20,000 shares at a price of 170.892p per share. 3i didn't provide Laing's resulting total holding. The stock closed flat at 170.70p Monday.

Lowland Investment Co said Chairman Peter Troughton bought 1,000 shares at a price of 1,160p per share. Following this transaction, he holds 20,660 shares, which represents 0.07% stake in the trust. The stock closed down 0.9% at 1,158.00p Monday.

Henderson High Income Trust said Non-Executive Director Margaret Littlejohns bought 6,000 shares at 167.8630p each. She now holds 20,000 shares. The stock closed down 0.6% at 167.74p Monday.
