UK Oil & Gas PLC - oil & gas exploration and production company - Says it has completed the transaction with Aladdin Middle East Ltd. Both UK Oil & Gas and Aladdin will now work towards finalising the design and delivery of a successful first appraisal well, Basur-3, aimed at establishing the commerciality of the aerially extensive and as yet undeveloped Basur-Resan oil discovery in Turkey.

Current stock price: 0.14 pence, down 0.2% on Wednesday

Year-to-date change: down 8.5%
