Checkit PLC - Cambridge, England-based workflow management - Executive Chair Keith Daley buys 413,775 shares at 50.1 pence, worth GBP207,301, on Friday last week. Now holds 14.8 million shares, a 23.8% stake.

London Stock Exchange Group PLC - trading and clearing operator and index calculator - Non-Executive Director Dominic Blakemore buys 928 shares at GBP86.21, worth GBP79,999, on Monday.

React Group PLC - South Derbyshire-based cleaning, hygiene and decontamination - Executive Chair Mark Braund buys 774,255 shares and CFO Andrea Pankhurst buys 463,458, both at 1.29p and together worth GBP15,966, on Friday. The shares are their only holdings. Braund was appointed at the start of this month and Pankhurst in May.

SimplyBiz Group PLC - Zahid Bilgrami, CEO of Defaqto subsidiary, sells 55,000 shares at 180.00p, worth GBP99,000, on Friday. Still interested in 1.8 million shares. SimplyBiz bought Defaqto, a financial services technology firm with a platform that rates financial products and funds, for GBP74 million in March 2019.

Churchill China PLC - Stoke-On-Trent, England-based ceramic products for hospitality and retail markets - CEO David O'Connor buys 4,850 shares at 1,340p, worth GBP64,990, while Finance Director David Taylor and Sales & Marketing Director James Roper each sell 2,000 shares at 1,272p, all on Friday. O'Connor now has 37,963 shares, while Taylor has 59,555. Roper has 1.0 million shares, a 9.1% stake.
