Titon Holdings PLC - Colchester, Essex-based ventilation systems and window & door hardware supplier - Says Executive Chair Keith Ritchie will move to be a non-executive chair, from October 1. Ritchie has been executive chair for ten years. Says this completes the board changes, which have been deigned to put in a place "a strong and experienced board to focus on delivering the group's strategy and financial performance, while ensuring that operational matters are managed at the level of the group's main subsidiary."
Chief Executive Alexandra French said: "I would like to offer my huge thanks to Keith for his services to Titon in the last ten years and the leadership he has shown, and I look forward to Keith's on-going contribution to Titon as non-executive chair. Despite the challenges we have been navigating in 2022, I am very confident in the strength of the new management team and the future of the group."
