LONDON (Dow Jones)--Tangent Communications PLC (TNG.LN), a provider of Intelligent Marketing and Technology, said Wednesday that for the year ended Feb. 28, it made a pretax profit of GBP0.3 million on revenue of GBP18.2 million.
