LONDON (Alliance News) - Tangent Communications PLC said Chief Financial Officer Jamie Beaumont bought 250,000 shares at a price of 3 pence per share Tuesday.
The purchase is his only holding in the company having been appointed in March.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Nigel Kissack bought 340,172 shares at 2.7p each on Tuesday. The shares are his only holding.
Shares in the online printing and digital marketing company were up 12% at 2.94p Tuesday.
