LONDON (Alliance News) - Tangent Communications PLC Wednesday said that Non-Executive Chairman Michael Green has bought 33.2 million shares in the company from Tangent Industries Ltd, a company he controls.
The shares were bought at 3.25 pence each on Wednesday.
There was no change in Green's beneficial shareholding in the company, the company said.
Green holds a 29.99% stake in the company, held in the form of 83.2 million shares, according to Morningstar data.
Tangent Communications shares closed down 3.7% at 3.25 pence on Wednesday.
