Taylor Maritime Investments Ltd - Guernsey-based vessel investment company - Shareholder PointState sells entire stake in company, says Jefferies, the coordinator of transaction. PointState sells 28.5 million shares, which at current prices are worth USD37.6 million in total. Shares represent an 8.6% stake. "Following the placing, the selling shareholder will no longer hold any of the company's issued ordinary share capital," Jefferies says.
