Fintel PLC - Huddersfield, England-based provider of technology and support services to UK retail financial services sector - Non-Executive Director Ken Davy sells 3.1 million shares at 300 pence each, worth GBP9.3 million, on Friday last week. Davy retains 24.7 million shares, a 23.8% stake. Joint chief executive officers Matt Timmins and Neil Stevens sell 200,000 and 300,000 shares, respectively, at 304.5p, worth GBP1.5 million in total, on Monday this week. They retain 3.6% and 3.4% stakes, respectively.

Yu Group PLC - Nottingham, England-based gas and electricity supplier to UK corporate sector - Chief Financial Officer Paul Rawson exercises options for 121,465 shares at 47p and sells 199,859 shares at 1,727.09p, worth GBP3.5 million, on Friday. Human Resources Director Navaz Dean exercises option for 107,116 shares at 151.8p and sells all of them at 1,700p, worth GBP1.8 million. Yu buys back 234,978 shares at GBP17.00, worth GBP4.0 million, to hold in treasury for future option exercises.

Brickability Group PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based construction materials distributor - Douglas Bryce, managing director in the Contracting division, buys 250,000 shares at 71 pence, worth GBP177,500, on Friday last week. Now has 809,750 shares, a 0.3% stake.

Taseko Mines Ltd - operates open-pit Gibraltar copper mine in British Columbia, Canada - CFO Bryce Hamming exercises options for 25,000 shares and sells all of them at average CAD3.50, worth CAD87,500, about GBP50,687, on Monday. Secretary & General Counsel Trevor Thomas exercises options for 60,000 shares and sells all of them at CAD3.72, worth CAD223,200, on Wednesday.
