(Alliance News) - Supermarket Income REIT PLC on Monday said Non Executive Directors Andrew Hewson and Vincent Prior purchased roughly GBP40,000 worth of stock in the company between them.
Hewson purchased 19,600 shares at 100.02 pence each, GBP19,992 altogether, taking his interest in the company to 399,600 shares.
Prior acquired 20,588 shares at the same stock price, and for a total of GBP20,999. Prior now holds 76,019 Supermarket Income shares.
Shares in the company were 0.6% lower at 103.40p each in London on Monday afternoon.
