LONDON (Alliance News) - STV Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Ian Steele bought 8,000 shares at a price of 449 pence per share Thursday.
The purchase is Steele's only holding.
Shares in the production and broadcasting group were up 0.5% at 447.00p Thursday.
