LONDON (Alliance News) - Equipment leasing fund SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Ltd on Tuesday announced a proposed capital return to shareholders worth GBP40.0 million.
SQN is to go ahead with a one-off compulsory redemption of around 23% of its C shares in issue, with 180.0 million currently in issue. The price will be 98.32 pence per C share.
Shares in SQN were up 1.3% on Tuesday at 91.84 pence each.
