LONDON (Alliance News) - SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Ltd on Tuesday said it completed its previously announced GBP40.0 million capital return on Friday last week.
SQN redeemed 41.1 million 'C' shares at a price of 98.32 pence each, representing 23% of its 'C' shares in issue.
The company first announced the return at the start of May. Ordinary shares were trading at 92.00 pence each Tuesday, down 0.2%.
