LONDON (Alliance News) - Spire Healthcare Group PLC on Thursday said it is on track to meet market expectations for 2019 and has appointed a non-executive director at East London NHS Foundation Trust to its board.
"We are pleased with our performance in the first four months of 2019, which places Spire on track to meet market expectations for the full year," said the private hospital operator.
Spire will announce its half-year results for the six months to June 30 on September 16.
The new board appointment, Jenny Kay, will join Spire as an independent non-executive director at the start of June. She has also been appointed to the company's clinical governance & safety committee.
