LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC on Friday said it has completed a placing to raise GBP13.8 million.
The money was raised through the sale of 13.3 million new shares at 104 pence each. Shares in the company were down 1.4% at 105.00p on Friday morning.
The real estate investment trust proposed the placing on Tuesday.
