Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC - real estate investor - For the second quarter ended March 31, collects 93% of rent due, ahead of the amount collected in the previous two quarters of 89%.
As at the end of March, the trust property portfolio value is valued at EUR274.3 million, down 0.6% from EUR276.1 million at the end of December.
This was mainly attributed to the value of Schroder's 50% interest in Seville shopping centre dropping in value due to increasing vacancy and a risk to trading in shopping centres from the Covid-19 pandemic in general.
As at March 31, Schroder European has an aggregated loan to value ratio of 25%, with no recourse to the company and no debt maturity before 2023.
Schroder European expects to publish its interim results in early July.
