Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Ltd - London-based real estate company - Net asset value per share at June 30 was down 3.4% quarter-on-quarter to 57.7 pence. Reinstates 0.38575 pence per share dividend for period between April 1 and June 30, down 50% from previous payout of 0.7715p per share. During its first quarter ended June, it completed 19 lettings, renewals and reviews, boosting annual rent by GBP270,000.
