Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC - London and Johannesburg-listed property investor - Says approximately 94% of rent due for the quarter ended June 30 has been collected, ahead of the amount collected in the previous two quarters of 92%. Notes 0.9% increase in property portfolio valuation at June 30 of EUR204.7 million from EUR202.9 million on March 31.
"The company continues to review, and is in various stages of the acquisition process regarding, new investments that will diversify and strengthen its exposure to growth cities and regions," company says.
