(SDCL Energy Efficiency Income issued a correction re-stating Tesco Pension Trustees holding.)
LONDON (Alliance News) - SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust PLC said Tesco Pension Trustees Ltd held a 8.7% stake in the company after a deal on Wednesday.
Tesco Pension's prior stake in the energy efficiency sector investor, if any, has not been disclosed. It currently holds 14.9 million shares, equivalent to a 8.7% stake.
On Tuesday, SDCL announced it had raised GBP72.0 million through a 71.3 million share issue priced at 101.0 pence per share. The money will be used for acquisitions and to expand its portfolio.
Shares in SDCL closed up 0.9% at 102.85 pence on Wednesday.
