LONDON (Alliance News) - SpaceandPeople PLC Friday said non-executive Director Maurice Helfgott sold 85,000 shares at a price of GBP1.325 per share Thursday.
Following this transaction Helfgott holds 40,000 shares, representing about 0.2% of the total issued share capital.
Shares in the retail licensing company were quoted at 137.00 pence up 1.1% Friday morning.
