Saga PLC - Folkestone, Kent-based provider of insurance, cruises and package holidays to people over 50 - Non-Executive Chair Roger De Haan buys 341,415 shares at 292.90, worth about GBP1 million, on Tuesday. De Haan, who previously had led Saga, rejoined as chair back in September of last year, investing GBP100 million as part of a GBP150 million equity raise by the company while travel remained restricted to combat the Covid 19 pandemic.

Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC - Glasgow-based provider of connectivity for financial markets - Chief Financial Officer Fraser McDonald sells 68,627 at 194p, worth GBP133,136, on Tuesday. Non-Executive Director William Meldrum buys 17,950 shares at the same price, also on Tuesday. McDonald now has 44,118 shares, a 0.1% stake, while Meldrum has 41,450.

Vaalco Energy Inc - Houston, Texas-based oil producer offshore Gabon, West Africa - Non-Executive Director Bradley Radoff sells 39,437 shares at average USD3.84, worth USD151,422, on Monday. Radoff had sold 1.2 million shares worth USD4.8 million last week.

Creightons PLC - Peterborough, England-based maker of personal care, beauty and fragrance products - Pippa Clark, joint deputy managing director, exercises options over 100,000 shares at 26.80p and sells all of them at GBP1.09, worth GBP109,000. Clark's holding remains 851,858 shares, a 1.2% stake.
