IN BRIEF: RiverFort invests further GBP700,000 in Pluto Digital Assets

RiverFort Global Opportunites PLC - AIM-listed investment company based in London - Invests further GBP700,000 in newly incorporated Pluto Digital Assets PLC as part of a fundraising by Pluto to raise GBP20 million. Notes that after the fundraising, Riverfort will have a 4.2% shareholding in Pluto. Says Pluto has progressed since its launch, delivering returns from its activities in digital assets such as Vortex DeFi and Umbrella Network. Adds it also has been building up its management and operating team.

"Pluto is making rapid progress in building and developing its operations. We are therefore very pleased to be gaining additional exposure to the technology sector to complement the investment made to date and we look forward to making further investments in this sector in the future.," says Non-Executive Chair Phillip Haydn-Slater.

Current stock price: 1.48 pence, up 7.6% on Thursday

Year-to-date change: up 53%
