LONDON (Alliance News) - Premier Veterinary Group PLC said Wednesday that its Chief Financial Officer Will Evans will leave the company in November to take up a new opportunity elsewhere.
The company said it will commence a recruitment process to select a replacement.
Shares in the company were trading down 4.7% at 51.96 pence each.
