LONDON (Alliance News) - Proton Power Systems PLC Friday said Roundstone Properties Limited, a company connected with Chief Executive Officer Faiz Nahab, sold 2.3 million shares at 6.15 pence each.
The sale was conducted as a result of high market demand for shares in Proton Power Systems, the company said, and in line with its intention to improve liquidity of the shares.
Following this transaction, Roundstone has a remaining shareholding of 596.3 million shares, which represents 93.18% of the issued share capital of the company.
Shares in the fuel cells and cells hybrid manufacturer were down 1.7% at 5.90 pence.
