(Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV on Thursday said it has signed a definitive agreement for the sale of its remaining holdings in a land plot in Lodz, Poland.
The Netherlands-based property developer expects to secure EUR1.1 million for the 47,860 square metre plot.
To-date, the company has received 50% of the consideration and the remaining 50% will be transferred to Plaza Centers no later than on December 10. This payment will be secured by a mortgage on the plot, the company noted.
Plaza Centers shares closed untraded in London on Thursday, last quoted at 20.00 pence each.
