(Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV on Friday said it has agreed to extend the time period for executing a pre-sale agreement on the Casa Radio project in Romania.
In February, Plaza Centers announced it had signed a non-binding letter of intent with AFI Europe NV for the sale of its entire 75% Casa Radio holding for EUR60 million.
At that time, Plaza Centers said AFI Europe had three months after the letter of intent was published to conduct due diligence investigations before signing a pre-sale agreement.
The time period for executing the pre-sale agreement has now been moved to no later than July 5.
Shares in Plaza Centers were untraded at 22.50 pence shortly before close on Friday.
